The Sardinian pecorino cheese produced in our Ortacesus dairy is of the highest quality, rich in irresistible aromas and the taste of the local countryside. Our pecorino cheese is produced using authentic raw ingredients, with the fresh milk of local sheep and is made using ancient recipes that have been passed down through the generations.

Roman Pecorino DOP

Production area: Sardinia
